1. What does the Future Advice Group do?
We help organizations navigate change — sustainably, strategically, and with clarity.
We guide businesses, institutions, and coalitions through transformation: expanding into new markets, rethinking business models, and embedding sustainability into decision-making from the ground up.
Where others see complexity, we help uncover direction. Where others react, we help you lead.
2. What is your mission and vision?
Our mission is to help organizations connect the dots between growth, sustainability, and strategic clarity.
Our vision is a future where transformation is not just a response to change — but a confident, intentional move toward long-term relevance and resilience.
We believe that innovation starts with small shifts — like algae replacing plastic — but it takes strategy to scale it. That’s where we come in.
3. What services do you offer?
We support leaders and teams across four core focus areas:
- Global Strategy & Expansion: Helping organizations navigate new markets, shifting geopolitics, and operational complexity with confidence.
- Business Model Transformation: Reworking structures, offerings, and value chains for relevance in a changing world.
- Sustainability & ESG Integration: Aligning purpose with operations — making sustainability part of how the business thinks, plans, and grows.
- Partnership & Ecosystem Building: Connecting corporate leaders, public actors, and innovators to build something more impactful together than alone.
4. Are you still working on algae-based packaging?
Not primarily — it’s where our story began, but not where it ends.
Algae‑based packaging taught us what happens when innovation meets purpose. It showed us how one bold idea can unlock an entirely new way of thinking about growth and responsibility.
Today, our focus is broader. We help organizations tackle transformation at scale — rethinking business models, expanding into new markets, and aligning strategy with sustainability goals. Packaging remains a meaningful part of our heritage, but our work now spans the full landscape of strategic growth, ESG integration, and organizational transformation.
5. Why did you change your offerings?
Because our clients’ questions changed.
At first, they asked: “How do we switch to algae-based packaging?”
But soon, they asked:
• “How do we restructure our operations around circularity?”
• “How do we lead internationally without losing our identity?”
• “How do we grow responsibly in unpredictable markets?”
Our repositioning was not a pivot — it was a progression. We followed where the work was leading. And it led to deeper transformation.
6. What kind of impact are you aiming to make?
We want to help organizations move from reaction to intention.
That means:
• Acting before the pressure hits
• Making decisions that hold up five years from now
• Building structures that adapt instead of breaking under change
• Growing with purpose, not just speed
Our impact is not only in what our clients change, but in how they think differently about change itself.
